Cook Remodeling & Custom Construction, Inc.'s
responsibility is to provide the services of residential remodeling by maintaining a reputation of
providing consistent quality work that is fairly priced, with efficient and timely site production for
customer satisfaction and lifetime referral. The customer will receive honest communications of the
costs of the job, as well as be informed of the phases of the project, and estimation of the start time
and length of time to complete the job. Quality materials and craftsmanship are priority as is daily site
clean up as the standard of building what the customer wants.
Employees will be recognized for their unique strengths and talents they contribute to the
company in order to fulfill the responsibilities of providing for their family and/or community.
Employees will be provided consistent work, be timely paid, have paid time off, have workman's
compensation, health, and dental insurance and a retirement plan (as eligible).
Equipment and tools used on the job will be kept clean and safe to help create an orderly
working environment. Employees will be able to offer suggestions and make complaints to
improve the company. Good work ethics will be recognized; contributions that exceed
expectations will be rewarded. Employees will be encouraged to seek to improve skills
for personal and professional growth.
Subcontractors (and employees) will be given clear instructions regarding the job that needs
to be done. Subcontractors will be provided sufficient lead time to plan for jobs. They will be
paid in a timely manner. Their professional skills will be respected and appreciated.
