Carpenter, Carpenter's Helper
Have working knowledge of materials, methods, and use of the appropriate hand and power tools to construct objects, erect and install structures and fixtures for residential remodeling.
Need own reliable transportation, good driving record, own carpentry hand tools, at least one year of framing experience, and ability to do physical labor required in residential remodeling (carrying lumber and other heavy materials).
Able to work as part of the team in a drug-free, safety first environment contributing to the company's mission. Good communication skills and desire to grow/advance a plus.
Able to remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structure and repair or replace, using hand tools. Includes demolition of existing walls and able to help with pouring concrete.
Able to measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking guage.
Able to shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saw.
Able to build frameworks using carpenter's hand and power tools, wood screws, i.e., frame walls, set trusses, install plywood.
Able to verify trueness of structure using plumb bob and level, install structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard as well as windows, frames, and trim, or hardware.
Lead Carpenter
Have working knowledge of materials, methods, and use of the appropriate hand and power tools to construct, erect and install structures and fixtures for residential remodeling. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills for directly supervising crew and coordinating activities of specialty workers with an emphasis on team building.
Need own reliable transportation, good driving record, own carpentry hand tools, at least three years of framing experience, and ability to do physical labor required in residential remodeling (carrying lumber and other heavy material).
Able to work as part of the team in a drug-free, safety first environment contributing to the company's mission. Desire to grow/advance a plus.

Project Manager
We are looking for someone who enjoys this work, working for a small-stable company and regular sub-contractors, and will contribute to our excellent reputation with our clients.
Have working knowledge of materials, methods, and safe use of appropriate hand and power tools to professionally manage and assist multiple residential remodeling projects.
Need own reliable transportation, clean driving record, own carpentry hand tools, at least three years of framing experience, and ability to do physical labor as needed to assist crew and pick up additional materials. Aptitude for doing estimates preferred.
Manages job after retainer fee is obtained from Sales. Starts with developing scope of work, proposal (including pricing), and preliminary sketch through completion of job while gaining client?s unreserved recommendations/referrals.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills for directly supervising and coordinating activities of construction trade workers and the crew with an emphasis on team building. Able to gain and maintain customer confidence and satisfaction.
Organizes and plan an efficient schedule with crew, subcontractors, and inspectors to make time and budget goals with quality work.
Able to make sound purchasing decisions and pick up material as needed during the day.
Examines and inspects work progress, equipment conditions, and construction sites to verify safety, cleanliness, and ensure that specifications are met. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
Gathers and records information such as customer communications, change orders, personnel, production, and operational data, receipts, invoices and time cards.
Good computer skills, use of Microsoft Word, Excel, use of CAD a plus.
Recommends measures to improve production methods, operations, marketing and sales.
Able to prepare and conduct safety and/or construction training meetings.
Suggests and initiates personnel actions such as scheduling, training. Provide input on promotions, transfers, and hires.
