Full Time Remodeling Sales position
A gold mine opportunity awaits the right person at our Award winning, nationally recognized design-build residential remodeling firm enjoying over 30 years of solid reputation serving the East Valley of Phoenix. We are seeking an ethical, highly energetic salesperson with remodeling experience to add to our awesome team.
Candidate for hire must have an uplifting personality, be open to change and willing to learn. This job is not for the meek who wait for things to happen, or watch opportunities pass by!
Skill requirements:
Proven producer of successful jobs (800k+ volume a yr) and happy clients!
Prospecting skills include cold calling, networking, strategic relationships development, and referral partner program development
Set and Achieve Sales Goals
High Degree of Sales Initiative, self-motivated to find more business
Effective Prospector, Public Presenter
Strong Ability to Guide Clients to contract, and consistently cultivate new business with referrals, online reviews
Good Business Sense, must be able to make a decision quickly and be accountable to those decisions
Proficient in CAD or Chief Architect; or Pro Kitchen or 20/20.
Use of Outlook, ACT!, Excel, Powerpoint and Word a plus.
Architectural design, kitchen & bath design experience preferred.
The candidate should also be familiar with product selections for cabinets, countertops, lighting, flooring and appliances.
Compensation:
Commission Pay for Performance $70,000 or more depending on skill and experience
