We are seeking an energetic remodeling salesperson with a strong work ethic who is passionate about remodeling, home design and home improvement. The person will be responsible for meeting with prospects in their homes, providing a ballpark estimate, obtaining a retainer to develop a design and Scope of work, securing a contract, providing drawings to CAD for blueprinting, ordering cabinets, helping client with selections, bringing on the Project Manager (hand-off), and staying in contact with the client until the job is finished and expectations exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years outside sales experience as a remodeling designer and estimator (including some high-end projects), inspire trust, be able to coach prospects what can be done within their budget, and offer creative and innovative solutions, with strengths in kitchen and bathroom design. Must have attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication and team building skills and deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout their project for lifetime referrals.
Utilizes current technologies for efficiency and organization and keeps notes current. Proficient in 20/20 preferred, (or Chief Architect, Pro Kitchen), Contact Management Software, and in use of Outlook, Excel, and Word. Use of PowerPoint a plus. Seeks to grow and improve skills and keep current with trends.

Pay is for performance and $60-80k+ in commission is realistic the first year, and if you are above average, six figures. Commission is tied to the gross profit of a job. Company pays half of the employee health premium (with Section 125 pretax deduction) and currently pays Safe Harbor Profit Share (3% of earnings) into 401K after the first year.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for efficiently scheduling and directing the field employees and sub-contractors. The person will oversee the actual production of the work on the job site and coordinate materials, equipment, subs, and inspections. The person will be responsible for the job from the time the work commences until completion. This will involve picking up materials and delivering to the construction site as needed. His/Her responsibilities include efficiency for profitability, maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the job, and to ensure that the company’s policies are carried out.
Good working knowledge of building construction, remodeling and repair methods, materials, methods and safe use of appropriate hand and power tools and equipment, and state and local building codes.
Able to efficiently plan, organize, and professionally supervise multiple projects utilizing the strengths and talents of the crew and subcontractors, and to stay within budget goals with quality work.
Have strong leadership and interpersonal skills for directly supervising and coordinating activities of subcontractors and the crew. Convey a positive, caring, attitude for a cohesive team spirit.
Able to creatively problem solve and appropriately make decisions.
Strength in attention to detail with experience with high end projects.
Excellent communication and rapport building skills. Able to gain and maintain customer confidence and employee morale and motivation throughout the project(s).
Able to take initiative, to improve methods and procedures for greater efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Is alert and attentive to needs for safety.
