
This easy to make crowd pleaser is a dairy-free plant protein-rich, lower glycemic treat you will want to sip to savor.
Yield: 6 servings
1 quart flax milk
1/3 cup macadamia nuts
½ cup cashews, soaked
4-5 dates, pitted, soaked
3 scoops/sachets Vanilla Complete
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp maple syrup, optional
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 bananas, frozen
Place all ingredients except bananas in a blender and blend until creamy.
Then add bananas and blend just until smooth. Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.
