Superfood Berries to Include in Your Daily Diet!

Berries and certain fruits are some of the healthiest options we can add to our daily diet. Packed with vitamins, antioxidants and minerals, these nutrient-dense fruits offer a range of health benefits, from boosting our immune system to supporting heart and brain health. Let’s explore some of the healthiest berries and fruits, including lesser-known varieties, listed in alphabetical order.

Acerola Cherries: Vitamin C Powerhouse
Acerola cherries are one of the richest sources of Vitamin C, which helps support immunity and skin health. They contain quercitrin which is a potent anti-cancer agent, as well as beta-carotene, potassium, and melatonin.

Bilberries: Great for the Eyes
Bilberries helps to improve night vision and reduce eye fatigue. They protect against oxidative damage and inflammation and support cardiovascular health by improving circulation and help lower cholesterol.

Blackberries: Good for the bones
Vitamin K is important for supporting bone health and preventing osteoporosis. Blackberries helps to regulate blood sugar and assists in blood clotting. They also contain Vitamins C & E, and ellagic acid which helps protect against cancer, Alzheimer’s, and fight chronic disease.

Black Currant: Antioxidant Booster
